• Description is exactly "Right before the armistice, the Japanese were poised to advance into the Taitsuen area. Mr Szto Wai wrote, 'We were instructed to evacuate northern Kwangtung. Mr. Yeung and I decided to stay behind. I love Taitsuen too much, its huge camphor trees, cool weather, thirty kinds of bird, charming wild flowers, and swaths of rice fields. I am simply in awe of the aesthetics of the surroundings.'
